1. Free Shipping — On Every Order
Shipping is always free on all orders placed on hauseon.com. There is no minimum purchase amount, no handling fee, and nothing added at checkout. What you see is what you pay.
2. Order Cutoff Time
Orders placed before 5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) on a business day begin processing that same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM ET, or on weekends and U.S. federal holidays, begin processing the next business day.
3. Order Handling Time
After payment is confirmed, we prepare and pack your order within 1–3 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

6. Where We Ship
We ship to all 48 contiguous U.S. states. We cannot ship to:
- Alaska or Hawaii
- S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, etc.)
- O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses
- International destinations outside the United States
7. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, your tracking number is sent to your email. If you have not received it within 4 business days, contact us at info@hauseon.com.
8. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
Arrived damaged:
- Accept delivery — do not refuse the package
- Email info@hauseon.com with your order number and photos of the damage
- We will arrange a free replacement or refund — at no cost to you
Items missing or incorrect:
- Contact us at info@hauseon.com within 7 days of delivery
- We will ship the correct or missing items free of charge
9. Delivery Delays
Occasional delays can occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high order volumes. If your order exceeds the maximum window, contact us and we will follow up immediately.
