1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your order is marked “Delivered” to request a return or exchange. We start counting from the carrier delivery confirmation date. After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrived broken, defective, or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a free return and either send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. No questions asked.

Non-Defective Items (Change of Mind)

Changed your mind? No problem. Return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days. The prepaid return label in your box covers the shipping cost.

3. Exchanges

We accept exchanges for both defective and non-defective items within the 30-day return window. Contact us to let us know which item you would like instead and we will guide you through the exchange process.

A prepaid return shipping label is included in every order. To return an item, simply use that label to ship the package back. You pay nothing.

If your return label is missing or damaged, email us at info@hauseon.com and we will send a new one right away.

7. How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Step 1 — Email us: Send your order number and reason to info@hauseon.com
  2. Step 2 — Approval: We respond within 1–2 business days with your Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.
  3. Step 3 — Ship it back: Use the prepaid return label in your package to send the item back.
  4. Step 4 — Refund issued: Once we receive and inspect it, your refund is processed within 5–7 business days.

 

Please do not send items back without your RA number — unauthorized returns may be delayed.

8. Order Cancellations

You may cancel at no charge before your order has shipped. Email us at info@hauseon.com as soon as possible. Once shipped, follow the standard return process after delivery.
